Hal is a 1989 graduate of Yale College and a 1993 graduate of Harvard Law School.   He has 17 years of experience on Wall Street, working as a tax lawyer and then as an investment banker in Mergers and Acquisitions at Lehman Brothers.   He brings a holistic approach to consulting on air rights deals drawing on his wealth of experience in law, finance, taxation, and business generally.
